One of the exciting things about the upcoming Nexus 6 is that it will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 CPU.  Unlike many of the current generation phones that run the Snapdragon 801, which is only slightly different than the venerable Snapdragon 800 of last year, the 805 has a quad core Krait 450 CPU (compared to the Krait 400 from last year) running at up to 2.7GHz per core.  It also has an Adreno 420 GPU, support for 4K video and simultaneous 4K video playback, 800 MHz dual channel LPDDR3 RAM and all this should bring up to a 40% increase in graphics performance over current generation Android devices.  In a nutshell...the Nexus 6 should be a monster performer.  I've included a link to this Snapdragon 805 whitepaper which will give you much more detail on the new processor in the Nexus 6 and what it's capable of.

While leaked a week ago, we thought it appropriate to post the above pic since we've now pretty much confirmed that it is in fact the Nexus 6.  As you can see, the 5.9 inch phone is closely modeled after the Moto X by Motorola...just larger.  Put up against the 5.5 inch LG G3 you can see that it positively dwarfs the G3 which also has a qhd display of 2560 x 1440 but at 5.5 inches compared to the Nexus 6's 5.9 inches..  This isn't necessarily a bad thing however as the G3 is one of the more compact of the 5.5 inch Android phones out there with a near bezel-less design.
